टिहरी- टिहरी गढ़वाल जिला सहकारी बैंक के अध्यक्ष सुभाष चंद रमोला ने बैंक वार्षिक आम बैठक में बताया कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2020-21 में बैंक को कुल 6 करोड़ 54 लाख 97 हजार रूपये का शुद्ध लाभ हुआ है। एनपीए (नॉन परफार्मिंग एसेट) वसूली में टिहरी डीसीबी प्रदेश में सबसे अव्वल रहा है। अब तक 40 करोड़ से अधिक की एनपीए राशि की वसूली की गई है। कहा कि टिहरी डीसीबी को प्रदेश का नंबर एक बैंक बनाने के लिए प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। कोरोना के कारण गांव लौटे युवाओं को स्वरोजगार के लिए बिना ब्याज के ऋण उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है। सहकारिता के माध्यम से ही गांव में पलायन रोका जा सकता है।
बुधवार को विकास भवन के बहुउद्देशीय सभागार में जिला सहकारी बैंक की 63वीं एजीएम का पूर्व अध्यक्ष रघुवीर पंवार और बैंक अध्यक्ष सुभाष चंद रमोला ने ने शुभारंभ किया। पंवार ने कहा कि सहकारी बैंक ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में काश्तकारों को बेहतर बैंकिंग सेवा दे रहे हैं। प्रदेश सरकार को चाहिए कि बैंक को और ज्यादा सरकारी डिपॉजिट दें ताकि बैंक की पूंजी बढ़े। बैंक अध्यक्ष रमोला ने बताया कि सितम्बर माह में बैंक ने 6 करोड़ रूपये एनपीएस वसूली कर ली है। अब तक 9300 किसानों को जीरो प्रतिशत ब्याज पर लोन बांटा है। अब तक 40 करोड़ से अधिक का एनपीए वसूला गया है जो प्रदेश में सर्वाधिक है। सभी 35 बैंक शाखाओं को युवाओं का पलायन रोकने के लिए कैश व्यवसाय ब्यूटी पॉर्लर, सलून, वैल्डिंग, सब्जी आदि की दो-दो दुकानों के लिए ऋण उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं। 7 समितियों की एसआईटी जांच के लिए शासन को रिपोर्ट भेजी है। बेहतर कार्य करने वाले बैंक सचिवों को ग्रेड बढ़ाया जएगा जबकि नकारा बैंक सचिवों को डिमोशन करने सभी पीछे नहीं हटेंगे। बैंक के सचिव/महाप्रबंधक सौ सिंह ने प्रगति रिपोर्ट पढ़ी। कहा कि वित्तीय वर्ष में बैंक की कुल आय 86 करोड़ 56 लाख 22 हजार हुई जिसके सापेक्ष 80 करोड़ 1 लाख 25 हजार का व्यय हुआ। इस तरह बैंक को साढ़े छह करोड़ का शुद्ध लाभ हुआ। जो पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में एक करोड़ से अधिक है। जिसके लिए बैंक कार्मिक और संचालक मंडलों का सहयोग रहा। एजीएम में 10 से अधिक प्रस्ताव पारित किए गए। इस मौके पर बैंक के उपाध्यक्ष विनोद रावत, निदेशक नरेश नेगी, सतपाल कलूड़ा, उत्तम सिंह कठैत, जयप्रकाश चंद, सुनील हनुमंती, सोनिया, डा. विजय लक्ष्मी, टीकाराम भट्ट, रोशनी राणा, डुग्गा देवी, गोविंद सिंह, उषा बडोला, डीजीएम नारायणी सिंह, बलवीर पुंडीर, संजीव सिंह, संजय रावत, सोहनपाल राणा, रविंद्र बिष्ट, बलविंद रावत, संजय बडोनी, सुप्रिया पालीवाल, रेखा धनै, उत्तम सिंह, वीरेंद्र राणा, गोविंद बिष्ट, ज्योति भट्ट, प्रताप गुसाईं, जयवीर, धनपाल, दिवाकर पैन्यूली, सुनीता देवी, अनीता आदि मौजूद थे।
