उत्तराखंड – उत्तराखंड के एम्स ऋषिकेश की छठी मंजिल से एमबीबीएस दूसरे वर्ष के छात्र की गिरकर संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में मौत हो गई। छात्र की उम्र 19 वर्ष है। मृतक छात्र की पहचान रजत मूंद पुत्र विजय कुमार के तौर पर हुई है, जो कि श्रीगंगानगर राजस्थान का रहने वाला था।
बताया जा रहा है कि रजत एम्स के मेडिकल कॉलेज की छठी मंजिल से अचानक नीचे कूद गया। नीचे गिरने के दौरान चिल्लाने की आवाज सुनकर आस-पास मौजूद लोग घटनास्थल की ओर दौड़ पड़े। एम्स प्रशासन ने तत्काल रजत को घटना स्थल से उठाकर इमरजेंसी वार्ड में पहुंचाया। डॉक्टरों ने जांच के बाद रजत को मृत घोषित कर दिया। एम्स प्रबंधन ने रजत के परिजनों को घटना की सूचना दी है। वही पुलिस और एम्स प्रबंधन घटना की जांच में जुट गए हैं कि आखिरकार रजत मूंद ने इस प्रकार का कदम क्यों उठाया है। एम्स में मेडिकल की पढ़ाई कर रहे मृतक रजत के साथी छात्र भी सदमे में है।फिलहाल पुलिस घटना के कारण जानने के लिए सीसीटीवी फुटेज की जांच कर रही है। इसके साथ ही संस्थान में कुछ लोगों से इस बाबत पूछताछ भी की जा रही है।
