उत्तराखंड की पांचवी विधानसभा का चार दिवसीय बजट सत्र अनिश्चितकाल के लिए स्थगित हो गया है| विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ऋतु खंडूड़ी भूषण ने विपक्ष एवं पक्ष के सभी सदस्यों को सहयोग के लिए धन्यवाद दिया हैं। विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि प्रदेशहित एवं जनहित के अनेक विषयों पर सदन में दोनों दलों द्वारा शांति पूर्वक गंभीर चिंतन-मनन किया गया।चार दिवसीय बजट सत्र की कार्यवाही 22 घंटे 43 मिनट तक चली।
सत्र के दौरान विधान सभा को 573 प्रश्न प्राप्त हुए, जिसमें स्वीकार,14 अल्पसूचित प्रश्न में 4 उत्तरित,190 तारांकित प्रश्न में 61 उत्तरित,339 आताराकिंत प्रश्न में 165 उत्तरित, कुल 17 प्रश्न अस्वीकार एवं 3 विचाराधीन रखे गए. 9 याचिकाओं में से सभी याचिका स्वीकृत की गई. नियम 300 में प्राप्त 76 सूचनाओं में से 21 सूचनाएं स्वीकृत, 26 सूचनाएं ध्यानाकर्षण के लिए, नियम-53 में 54 सूचनाओं में 6 स्वीकृत एवं 20 ध्यानाकर्षण के लिए रखी गई.नियम-58 में प्राप्त 32 सूचनाओं में 14 को स्वीकृत किया गया. नियम- 310 में 4 सूचना प्राप्त हुई,
जो कि नियम 58 में परिवर्तित की गई. विधेयक उत्तराखण्ड विनियोग विधेयक, 2022, उत्तराखण्ड (उत्तर प्रदेश जमींदारी विनाश और भूमि व्यवस्था अधिनियम, 1950) (संशोधन) विधेयक, 2022 उत्तराखण्ड अग्निशमन एवं आपात सेवा, अग्नि निवारण और अग्नि सुरक्षा (संशोधन) विधेयक, 2022,उत्तराखण्ड उद्यम एकल खिड़की सुगमता और अनुज्ञापन (संशोधन) विधेयक, 2022,प्रतिवेदन आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण उत्तराखण्ड, वर्ष 2021- 22 खण्ड-1 उत्तराखण्ड मानव अधिकार आयोग द्वारा प्रस्तुत वार्षिक/विशेष रिपोर्ट, 2012-18 एवं 2018-19, महालेखापरीक्षक द्वारा प्रस्तुत उत्तराखण्ड सरकार के 31 मार्च, 2021 को समाप्त हुए वर्ष के लिए राज्य के वित्त पर लेखापरीक्षा प्रतिवेदन संख्या-1 वर्ष 2022,उत्तराखण्ड लोक सेवा आयोग का बीसवां वार्षिक प्रतिवदेन ( अवधि 01 अप्रैल, 2020 से 31 मार्च, 2021 तक) उत्तराखण्ड राज्य बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग 2005 की धारा 16 (2) के अन्तर्गत वर्ष 2017-18, वर्ष 2018-19 एवं वर्ष 2019-20 की वार्षिक रिपोर्ट।
