उत्तराखंड सरकार ने हाल ही में योग गुरु बाबा रामदेव (baba ramdev) की पतंजलि आयुर्वेद (Patanjali Ayurved) की इकाई दिव्य फार्मेसी की 5 दवाओं पर रोक लगा दी थी। लेकिन अब उत्तराखंड सरकार ने अपने फैसला वापस लेटे हुए प्रतिबंध को हटा दिया है। बता दें कि सरकार ने जिन दवाओं पर रोक लगाई थी वो ब्लड प्रेशर, शुगर, हाई कोलेस्ट्रॉल, ग्लूकोमा, गोइटर के इलाज से जुड़ी हुई थी।उत्तराखंड ड्रग्स रेग्युलेटर जीसीएन जंगपांगी ने शनिवार 12 नवंबर को नया लेटर जारी करते हुए बताया, ‘पिछले आदेश में संशोधन करके पांच दवा के उत्पादों को पहले की तरह ही जारी रखने की अनुमति दे दी हैं।’ इतना ही नहीं, उन्होंने कहा कि 09 नवंबर के पिछले आदेश में त्रुटि थी, जिस कारण उसको संशोधित किया गया है। इस दौरान जंगपांगी ने कहा, ‘हमें आदेश जारी करने से पहले कंपनी को अपना रुख स्पष्ट करने के लिए समय देना चाहिए था।’रामदेव के करीबी सहयोगी आचार्य बालकृष्ण ने त्रुटि को सुधारने के लिए राज्य सरकार का आभार व्यक्त किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने कहा कि आयुर्वेद को बदनाम करने के इस अविवेकपूर्ण कार्य का संज्ञान लेकर उत्तराखंड सरकार ने जिस प्रकार भूल का सुधार किया उसके लिए हम सरकार के प्रति कृतज्ञ हैं कि सरकार द्वारा संज्ञान लेकर इस त्रुटि का सुधार किया गया। हालांकि, पहले इसे पतंजलि की ओर से ‘दवा माफियाओं की आयुर्वेद विरोधी साजिश’ बताया गया था।इस दौरान पतंजलि ने दोषियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई मांग की थी। साथ ही कहा था कि इनके खिलाफ कानूनी कदम उठाया जाएगा। गौरतलब है कि गुरुवार को कई अखबारों ये खबर छपी कि उत्तराखंड प्राधिकरण ने रामदेव के पतंजलि आयुर्वेद से उन पांच दवाओं का उत्पादन बंद करने के लिए कहा है, जिनसे ब्लड प्रेशर, शुगर, घेंघा, ग्लूकोमा और हाई कोलेस्ट्रॉल ठीक होने का दावा किया गया है।
