राज्य सरकार के आज के बजट पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए उत्तराखंड प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के महामंत्री शान्ति प्रसाद भट्ट ने कहा कि”उत्तराखंड सरकार ने आज 15मार्च 2023 को भराड़ीसैण(गैरसैंण) विधान सभा में वर्ष 2022_2023का बजट प्रस्तुत किया, वह कर्ज लेकर घी पीने वाला बजट मात्रा है “इस बजट से समाज *केहर वर्ग को निराशा हुईं है ।, क्योंकि बजट में कोई ख़ास प्राविधान नही किए गए, विशेषकर महिलाओ, बेरोजगार युवाओं, अनु जाति, जनजाति के लिए कोई विशेष ध्यान नहीं दिया गया, इसमें केवल विभागवार आंकड़ों की जादूगरी की गई है,यह केवल पुरानी बोतल में नई शराब जैसा ही है।
इस बजट से महंगाई और बेरोजगारी की समस्या और अधिक बढ़ेगी, यह एक दिशाहीन और राज्य की आर्थिक वृद्धि पर चोट करने वाला बजट है। प्रदेश की जनता को इस प्रतिक्षित बजट से केवल निराशा ही हाथ लगी है, चुकीं बजट में ऐसा कुछ भी नही है, जो ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों विशेषकर महिलाओं के सिर का बोझ कम करे, पर्वतीय अंचलों से हो रहे पलायन को रोकने के लिए भी बजट में कुछ ख़ास नहीं है।
राज्य सरकार के बजट में राज्य के संशाधनो से 24744 करोड़ की प्राप्तियो के सापेक्ष 77406करोड़ का बजट प्रस्तुत किया गया है, जबकि केंद्रीय बजट की घोषणाओं का ही ढिंढोरा पीटा गया है, बजट घाटे की पूर्ति के लिए आय का कोई स्रोत नही इंगित नही किया गया है।
