उसके पश्चात थाने के अस्लाहों एवं आपदा संबंधी उपकरणों का भौतिक रूप से निरीक्षण किया गया तथा आपदा उपकरणों के सम्बंध में कर्मचारियों से जानकारी ली गयी तथा कर्मचारीगणों से अस्लाहों को खुलवाया -जुड़वाया गया
महोदय द्वारा थाना के अभिलेखों का अवलोकन किया गया तथा माल मुक़दमातियों, मुकदमाती वाहनों एवं अन्य मालों का शीघ्र अति शीघ्र निस्तारण कराने की हिदायत की गई तथा सरकारी संपत्ति का जीपी लिस्ट से मिलान किया गया। इसके उपरान्त पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी सदर महोदय द्वारा थाने में नियुक्त समस्त अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारियों का सम्मेलन लिया गया तथा समस्यायें पूछी गयी व आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए गए।
तत्पश्चात लंबित विवेचना एवं प्रार्थना पत्रों के सम्बन्ध में सभी उपनिरीक्षकों का आदेश कक्ष लिया गया जिसमे विवेचकों को लम्बित शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्रों, लंबित विवेचनाओं को शीघ्र निस्तारण करने हेतु आवश्यक दिशा- निर्देश दिये गये।
