अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान ऋषिकेश में बीते वर्ष फरवरी में सीबीआइ की टीम ने छापा मारा था। पांच लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया था। शुक्रवार को फिर से डीएसपी के नेतृत्व में सीबीआइ की टीम में शामिल सात लोग एम्स ऋषिकेश पहुंचे हैं। यहां वह चिकित्सा अधीक्षक कार्यालय में आवश्यक पूछताछ कर रहे हैं। टीम दस्तावेजों की जांच के साथ अधिकारियों से पूछताछ कर रही है। एम्स में पूर्व में चिकित्सा उपकरण, मेडिकल स्टोर आवंटन, कंकालों और दवाओं की खरीद, नियुक्तियों के मामले की जांच चल रही है। बात दें कि एम्स के पांच अधिकारियों समेत आठ पर पूर्व में मुकदमे दर्ज हुए थे। शुक्रवार को सीबीआई के डीएसपी की अगुवाई में सात सदस्यीय टीम एम्स पहुंची है। टीम ने पिछले साल 3 से 7 फरवरी को छापामारी की थी। फिर 22 अप्रैल को टीम पहुंची थी। जिसमें माइक्रोबायोलाजी विभाग के तत्कालीन अतिरिक्त प्रोफेसर बलराम जी ओमर, एनाटामी विभाग के तत्कालीन अध्यक्ष प्रोफेसर बृजेंद्र सिंह, तत्कालीन सहायक प्रोफेसर अनुभा अग्रवाल, प्रशासनिक अधिकारी शशिकांत, लेखाधिकारी दीपक जोशी और प्रो-मेडिक डियाईसेस के स्वामी पुनीत शर्मा को नामजद किया गया था।
