टिहरी-बदरीनाथ राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग से लगे गूलर में पुल की सटरिंग बांधते समय सरिया और अन्य मटेरियल गिरने से वंहा कार्य कर रहे 14 मजदूर इसकी चपेट में आ गए। समय रहते प्रशासन, एसडीआरएफ की टीम ने रेस्क्यू चलाकर एक बड़ी घटना टल गई। चार घायलों को ऋषिकेश राजकीय अस्पताल और 10 घायलों को एम्स ऋषिकेश भर्ती किया गया है। जंहा चार मजदूरों की हालत गंभीर बताई जा रही है।
लोनिवि एनएच खंड श्रीनगर के अधिशासी अभियंता दिनेश कुमार बिजल्वाण ने बताया कि ऋषिकेश बदरीनाथ मुख्य मार्ग के समीप निर्माणाधीन फोरलेन पुल ढह गया। इसमें कार्य कर रहे 14 श्रमिक घायल हो गए हैं। बताया कि ऋषिकेश से 25 किलोमीटर और शिवपुरी से करीब छह किलोमीटर आगे गूलर के समीप यह हादसा हुआ। पुल पर रविवार को लेंटर डालने का कार्य चल रहा था। अचानक शटरिंग में कुछ गड़बड़ी आ जाने के कारण पुल ढह गया है। हादसे के बाद 14 मजदूरों को निकाल लिया गया है। जिन्हें राजकीय चिकित्सालय ऋषिकेश में भर्ती करा दिया है। बताया कि पुल का स्पॉन 45 मीटर है। इस पुल के एक हिस्से का काम पूरा हो चुका था। दूसरे हिस्से पर लेंटर डाला जा रहा था। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रथम दृष्टया सैंटरिंग बैठ जाने के कारण यह हादसा हुआ है। पूरे मामले की जांच की जा रही है।
