जिलाधिकारी टिहरी गढ़वाल इवा आशीष श्रीवास्तव के दिशा-निर्देशन में आज विकास भवन सभागार नई टिहरी में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी नमामि बंसल की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्तरीय सलाहकार एवं समीक्षा समिति की त्रैमास बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में वित्तीय समायोजन योजना, वार्षिक ऋण योजना, ऋण जमा अनुपात, मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना, मुख्यमंत्री सौर स्वरोजगार योजना, प्रधानमंत्री रोजगार सृजन कार्यक्रम, राष्ट्रीय शहरी एवं ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन, स्पेशल कम्पोनेंट प्लान, पीएम स्वनिधि, वीरचन्द्र सिंह गढ़वाली योजना, सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजना, ऋण वसूली, किसानों की आय 2022 तक दुगुनी का लक्ष्य आदि योजनाओं के तहत बैंकों द्वारा की गयी प्रगति एवं अन्य विषयों पर चर्चा/समीक्षा की गई।
मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने सभी बैंकर्स एवं रेखीय विभागों के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि जनपद के विकास हेतु सभी योजनाओं के अन्तर्गत निर्धारित लक्ष्यों को फोकस कर आपसी समन्वय एवं सांमजस्य के साथ कार्य करें। लक्ष्यों को हांसिल करने तथा सीडी रेश्यों को बढ़ाने हेतु प्रोजेक्ट बढ़ाये तथा किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या का समयान्तर्गत निस्तारण कर लाभार्थियों को लाभ पहुंचाना सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने बैंकर्स को निर्देशित किया कि विभिन्न योजनाओं के तहत बैंकों को प्रेषित किये गये आवेदनों में से निरस्त किये गये प्रकरणों के संबंध में जानकारी उपलब्ध करायें, की किस कारण से वह निरस्त किये गये हैं। वित्तीय समायोजन योजना की समीक्षा करते हुए कहा कि सभी बैंक जिलें में कार्यरत सभी बीसी/सीएसपी(ग्राहक सेवा केन्द्र) को एक्टिव रखें ताकि आमजन को बैंकिंग सुविधा का लाभ मिल सके। साथ ही सभी बैंकों की ग्रामीण शाखाएं प्रति माह एक एफएलसी(फाइनेंशल लिटरेसी कैम्प) का आयोजन अनिवार्य रूप से करें। वार्षिक ऋण योजना के तहत मुख्य कृषि अधिकारी को निर्देशित किया गया कि क्रॉप लोन एवं टर्म लोन हेतु किसान मेलों में किसानों को जागरूक करें तथा ब्लॉक स्तर पर भी कार्यशाला आयोजित कर प्रशिक्षित करें और अच्छे प्रस्ताव बैंकों को उपलब्ध करायें।
कृषि ऋणों की प्रगति पर चर्चा करते हुए मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने प्रधानमंत्री किसान निधि के तहत सभी पात्र किसानों को किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड 15 अगस्त, 2022 तक जारी करने के निर्देश दिये। कृषि विभाग को निर्देशित किया कि जिन किसानों कोे केसीसी जारी नहीं किये जा सके हैं, उनकी सूची बैंक वार जिला अग्रणी प्रबन्धक को उपलब्ध करावा दें।
