जिलाधिकारी टिहरी ने इन कार्यालयों का किया औचक निरीक्षण

जिलाधिकारी टिहरी गढ़वाल ईवा आशीष श्रीवास्तव द्वारा आज जिला कलेक्ट्रेट कार्यालय कक्षो एवं एसएलएओ कार्यालय टिहरी गढ़वाल का औचक निरीक्षण किया गया। इस दौरान उनके द्वारा कार्यालय कक्षों में चटाईयों की खराब स्थिति को देखते हुए चटाई बदलवाने एवं कक्षों में रंगाई-पुताई करवाने हेतु इस्टीमेट बनाकर कार्य शुरू करवाने के निर्देश दिए गए। जिला कलेक्ट्रेट कार्यालय के एक कक्ष में रखे पुनर्वास के फर्नीचर को दो दिन के अन्दर उठाने हेतु अधिशासी अभियन्ता पुनर्वास को निर्देशित करने के निर्देश दिये गए। एएलसी से शस्त्र लाइसेंस की जानकारी लेते हुए मालखाने में जमा शास्त्रों को निस्तारित करने की कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिये गये। कार्यालय में 20 साल से अधिक समय से रखी गई निष्प्रयोज्य पत्रावलियों के विनिष्टीकरण कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिये गये।निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी द्वारा डिस्पैच कक्ष, शिकायत प्रकोष्ठ कक्ष, मुख्य प्रबन्धक कक्ष, मुख्य प्रशासनिक कक्ष, सूचना का अधिकार कक्ष, न्यायिक कक्ष, प्रशासनिक अधिकारी राजस्व कक्ष, मुख्य राजस्व लेखाकार कक्ष, भूलेख अधिष्ठान आदि कक्षों में निरीक्षण कर पटल सहायकों द्वारा किये जा रहे कार्याें की जानकारी ली गई। साथ ही संदर्भ पंजिका, डिस्पैच रजिस्टर, वेतन बिल पंजिका, सूचना अधिकार रजिस्टर, शिकायत रजिस्टर, आलमारियों में रखी पत्रावलियों सहित अन्य पंजिकाओं का निरीक्षण कर आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिये गये। उन्होंने पटल सहायकों को नेम प्लेट व चार्ज लिस्ट रखने तथा आलमारियों में रखी पत्रावलियों को सुव्यवस्थित रखने के निर्देश दिये गये। शिकायत प्रकोष्ठ कक्ष में सीएम हेल्पलाइन व सीपी ग्राम में दर्ज शिकायतों की जानकारी लेते हुए पटल सहायक को शिकायतों का गुणवत्ता के आधार पर निस्तारण करने तथा डाटा को कम्प्यूटर में फीड करने के निर्देश दिये गये। मुख्य राजस्व लेखाकार कक्ष में खनन वसूली, विविध देय वसूली, तहसील वाइज वसूली पंजिकाओं का निरीक्षण कर खनन वसूली कम होने पर अमीनों और ट्रेजरी से बात करने को कहा गया। साथ ही कार्यालय द्वारा जारी आरसी एवं बैंकों द्वारा आरसी मिलान की भी जानकारी ली गई। सभी को कार्यालय कक्षों में तथा शौचालय की साफ-सफाई रखने को कहा गया।
